Our Solution
The client seemed delighted by our proposal to create a twin centre incentive in Scottsdale Arizona, culminating in a mind-blowing trip to Las Vegas, Nevada.This high end incentive was created with a once-in-a-lifetime mentality. The guests on this trip were top level customers and therefore could afford to holiday in exclusive destination, so our challenge was to create something they wouldn’t have done for themselves.
Guests gathered at London Gatwick airport for the 12 hour flight to Phoenix, connecting through Las Vegas. Guests were met at the airport and whisked straight to the luxurious Royal Palms hotel, and enjoyed a light supper before trying to sleep off any looming jet-lag.
The Royal Palms Hotel is a favourite with former presidents Bill Clinton & George Bush Jnr. The eight day incentive included a Cattle Drive, lunches with free-flowing beers and margaritas, jeep tours… and that was just for Arizona! Guests were taken back to Phoenix Airport on Day 5 and flown to Las Vegas for an awe-inspiring final leg.Guests were transported in luxury to the Venetian Hotel to prepare for their first night in the world’s largest playground. A full itinerary was also arranged in Las Vegas that became the highlight of the trip.
The Highlight
This incentive was so packed with splendour it could be easy to overlook some of the experiences this trip offered, which is why the we ensured guests had those moments of reflection, some time to take it all in…
A helicopter trip over the Grand Canyon complete with Champagne at the base of the canyon. This allowed time to sit back and drink in the whole experience.
Some guests felt that the Love show by Cirque De Soleil at the Mirage was the most lavish affair they had witnessed. Hands-on action in Arizona fused with the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas made for a sensational trip.
