ISO 9001 - Committed to Continuous Improvement
In midst of a few busy months running one successful event after another, we have also taken the time to re-new our ISO 9001 certification. We are pleased to have achieved the ISO 9001 certification yet again as it underlines our commitment to our customers and our focus on quality.
This independent assessment was conducted by the British Assessment Bureau and it is the second year running since we received the ISO seal of approval, for both the London and Ilkley offices.
ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate that they have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
