Creative, approachable and positive, Emily is a sunny presence in our team, as well as on site. Working closely with Lucy and Mary, Emily is instrumental in the planning and delivery of both the National Training Awards, an annual awards road show for 2,000 delegates taking place in 9 regions of the UK and the Workforce Development Awards, a single event held in London to celebrate learners who have excelled in work-based learning and employers who have developed innovative workforce development programmes. By her own admission, “being on site and seeing the team’s hard work and enthusiasm come together to help create a successful and enjoyable evening for everyone” is what makes her tick.
 
Work hard, play hard seems to be Emily’s life philosophy and she doesn’t hesitate to seek both the thrill of ski slopes and the chill of the London’s art galleries! We now know where she gets the sophisticated, chic look from!
