Account Manager
Creative, approachable and positive, Emily is a sunny presence in our office, as well as on site.
She started at W&O in 2008 working on UK based events. Her two main projects were The National Training Awards, an annual awards road show for 2,000 delegates and the Workforce Development Awards, a stand-alone event held in London to celebrate employers who had developed innovative and highly successful workforce development programmes.
Emily now organises pharmaceutical meetings and congresses in Europe as well further afield but regardless of whether the event location is Birmingham or Buenos Aires she applies the same professionalism and can-do attitude. By her own admission, “seeing the team’s hard work and enthusiasm come together to help create a successful and enjoyable event for everyone” is still what makes her tick.
Work hard, play hard seems to be Emily’s life philosophy and she doesn’t hesitate to seek both the thrill of ski slopes and the chill of the London’s art galleries (a nice reminder of her History of Art degree). We now know where she gets the sophisticated, chic look from!
