Groups & Rewards Specialist

Following a successful career in retail management and a degree in media studies, Dee changed paths to join the rest of us travel buffs 13 years ago. Given her experience as Groups Specialist, she manages large group flight requests from the initial fare gathering to the final stage of ticketing and invoicing. She also knows how important rewarding outstanding performance is as she is responsible for the voucher-based rewards and recognition scheme.  

As a long serving member of the team, she feels that she has progressed professionally and personally. Because Dee knows the company inside out, she is always on hand to answer questions for the newbies in the team. Dee does not have as much time for exotic holidays as she has a lovely daughter who keeps her young at heart but very busy when she is not in the office.
