To provide a reward & recognition tool which can be implemented across the company and can reward and stimulate performance at all levels.
Our Solution
We have developed a versatile and flexible voucher based reward & recognition scheme, tailor-made to meet our client’s requirements. The scheme has been targeting both employees and concessionaires, at all levels and it is now enjoyed by over 3000 concessionaires and employees alike, rewarding performance as well as long-service.
Communication
A purpose built customised website was set up in order to introduce users to the range of hundreds of retailers we provide them access to. The scheme is supported by a dedicated team based in the W&O office, ready to assist the winners with advice, dispatch the awards and also offer a concierge travel service for individual bookings.
All vouchers are customised to our client and the scheme is communicated internally via client’s intranet and coordinated by their HR department.
