The Background

The symposia is an annual conference held in a different country each year. It provides an opportunity for over 1,700 delegates from 40 countries worldwide to be updated on the latest product innovations and medical research.

The Brief

We have organised the event for the last 5 years. The event includes a main plenary, exhibition and breakout sessions, along with a number of additional meetings for the subsidiaries.

Our Solution

We provided full event management services including a stand alone
website with on line registration, flight bookings, airport meet & greet, airport transfers, speaker management, print & design/branding, staging & production, accommodation (5-9 hotels) and external venue management.
