Sharing the information our Site gathers/tracks
When you enquire travel or event services through W&O Events Limited, we may provide information about you to our travel and event partners. To process your order we will share some of your personally identifiable information with the airline, car rental agency, hotel, or other involved third party. We will provide only the personally identifiable information necessary to ensure the successful fulfilment of your event/travel arrangements. Also, as an example, the airlines will need name, age, and phone number in case of a cancelled flight, but they may use this information only for contract fulfilment. If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, we also pass your card details to our bank for authorisation of the transaction and for payment.
Please note that we may transfer your personally identifiable information to our subsidiaries and affiliates outside of the EEA.
